Prudential Premier Properties Office Coordinator 

One of the fastest growing real estate companies in Houston and surrounding areas is seeking a Office Coordinator  for their busy Oak Forest office.  The Office Coordinator will manage all aspects of the office contacts with all persons from outside and inside the office.  Additionally, the Office Coordinator will support the Office Manager/Broker by mastering, maintaining and improving the operational systems of the office.  In essence, the Office Coordinator is the first impression of the office, the gate keeper of information, and the “glue” that makes this office run smoothly! 

 

Qualifications:

Office operations experience

Reception desk experience

An emphasis on customer service and teamwork

Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask simultaneous projects

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing projects

Ability to exhibit good judgment interacting with agents and visitors to the office

Ability to work well under the challenge of deadlines

Intermediate level of technology knowledge in Microsoft Word and relevant systems/software.
